Unfilled and GF/CF reinforced grades for pump components, valve seats, and aerospace structural parts. Continuous-use to 260 C.
PPS
PPS Compounds
10-40% GF/MF grades for chemical pump housings, filter bodies, and electrical connectors. Inherently FR with no halogen additives.
PVDF
Kynar-Class PVDF
Chemical-resistant liner, pipe, and injection-molded fitting grades for aggressive fluid handling. Available in natural and pigmented.
POM
POM / Acetal
Delrin-equivalent and copolymer grades for precision gears, bearings, and fuel system components. Tight dimensional tolerances in stock.
UHMWPE
Ultra-High MW PE
Wear and abrasion liners, chute liners, and marine fender pads. Molecular weights 3-10M g/mol with documented impact and friction data.

Chemical Resistance
Immersion test results in mineral acids, caustics, solvents, and fuels. Necessary for lining, valve, and pump material selection.
Precision Tolerances
Melt flow consistency for machined stock shapes and tight-tolerance injection parts. Lot-to-lot viscosity windows held and documented.
UL and Standards Compliance
UL 94 V-0 and 5VA grades. UL RTI for electrical insulation applications. REACH, RoHS, and Halogen-Free declarations on request.
