Our formulation capabilities span six compound categories. Each starts with a target property profile - we work backwards from that to the formulation.

[ 02 ] DEVELOPMENT PROCESS

From brief to batch.

Five-stage development process with defined deliverables at each gate. You see test data before committing to volume.

Technical Brief
We intake your property targets, base resin preferences, processing parameters (mold temp, injection speed), regulatory requirements, and cost constraints. This is where most suppliers stop - we document everything and confirm scope before touching the lab.
DAY 1–2

Formulation Design
Our chemists build candidate formulations from our raw material library. We select the base resin, additive package, and processing aids. Typically 2–4 candidates depending on scope complexity.
WEEK 1–2

Compounding & Initial Testing
Small-batch compounding on our twin-screw extruder lines. In-house property testing: MFI, tensile, flexural, Izod impact, HDT, color. Data shared with you before we proceed to molded samples.
WEEK 2–4
04
Sample Batch + Customer Testing
Kilogram-scale sample batch shipped with full TDS. You run it on your equipment, in your tool. We stay available for processing support. Iteration if needed - one reformulation round included in standard development cost.
WEEK 4–6

Production Scale & Spec Lock
Approved formulation is locked as a documented specification with lot traceability. Production batches maintain ±5% property tolerance to the approved spec. COA with every shipment.
