Compounding

Custom formulations.
Engineered for your process.

When no off-the-shelf resin meets your specification, we build one. In-house compounding means faster iteration, tighter tolerances, and no third-party quality gaps between formulation and production.

Capabilities

What we can engineer into your material.

Our compounding operation covers the modifications most frequently required for demanding production applications — color, performance, compliance, and sustainability.

Color Matching
Pantone, RAL, or sample-matched. We batch-to-specification and maintain colorant lot records for production consistency across long-run programs. Delta-E <1 achievable on most base resins.
UV Stabilization
Hindered amine light stabilizers (HALS) and UV absorbers incorporated for outdoor and high-exposure applications. Formulations validated against ASTM G154 and G155 test protocols.
Flame Retardancy
Halogenated and non-halogenated FR systems for UL 94 V-0 and V-2 ratings. Intumescent systems available for specific applications. Formulated for base resin compatibility and processing stability.
Impact Modification
Rubber and elastomer tougheners incorporated into brittle base resins for improved drop-test performance and cold-temperature ductility. Validated by notched Izod or Charpy testing.
Fiber Reinforcement
Glass fiber (GF10–GF50), carbon fiber, and mineral-filled grades for stiffness, dimensional stability, and load-bearing applications. Aspect ratio and sizing selection matched to base resin chemistry.
Recycled Content Blends
Post-consumer and post-industrial regrind incorporated at defined loadings for sustainability targets without compromising mechanical performance. Certificate of recycled content provided.
Our Process

From specification to production in five defined steps.

Every custom compound follows the same controlled process — no informal arrangements, no guesswork at production. You get a qualified material with a traceable development record.

01
Specification
Define requirements: base resin, target properties, processing conditions, regulatory requirements, volume, and timeline.
02
Formulation
Additive selection, loading levels, and compatibility evaluation. First formulation proposal returned within 5 business days.
03
Testing
Lab samples produced and tested against specification. Mechanical, thermal, and appearance properties validated.
04
Production
Approved formulation scaled to production batch. Process parameters documented and fixed for repeatability.
05
Delivery
Bagged, pelletized, and shipped with full documentation: formulation record, COA, lot number, and processing guide.
